Everlaw is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build robust observability tooling. The role involves working across the stack with autonomy, focusing on code quality and maintainability in a collaborative environment. The company values passion, integrity, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Build observability strategies for application and infrastructure
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code
• Optimize metrics database and logging tools
• Improve on-call and incident management
• Support developer projects with technical guidance
• Support compliance efforts with documentation
• Provide technical mentorship to other engineers

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in logging, metrics, and tracing infrastructure
• Proficiency in coding languages (C, C++, C#, Java, Python, Javascript, Go, or Rust)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and container solutions
• 1+ year of experience leading multi-developer efforts
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• US citizenship
