Everlaw is seeking an experienced Director of Sourcing and Procurement to lead their global corporate services, including real estate, facilities, and procurement. This role will focus on strategic vision, cost optimization, supplier partnerships, and operational excellence to support the company's growth and employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead the procurement team
• Manage key sourcing relationships
• Define and execute global strategy for real estate and procurement
• Manage team budget
• Build relationships with stakeholders
• Develop and execute a global procurement program
• Lead vendor selection and negotiations
• Optimize spend
• Oversee procurement systems and reporting
• Lead sourcing activities across Corporate Services
• Manage real estate needs
• Define facility outsourcing strategy
• Implement process improvements

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Experience negotiating large contracts
• Deep expertise in sourcing strategy
• Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets
• Experience leading facilities operations at scale
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills
• Strong ability to influence and partner cross-functionally
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, global environment
• Authorized to work in the United States
