Job Description

Everlaw is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to lead the Quote to Cash process and build a scalable, best-in-class system. This role involves strategic thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration to optimize business processes using Salesforce CPQ, Ironclad, Netsuite, and Workato.

Responsibilities

• Own the Quote-to-Cash process
• Collaborate with business stakeholders
• Define business requirements and translate them into solution design
• Manage project plans and delivery
• Implement configurations using declarative tools
• Create and maintain documentation
• Stay updated on product releases and best practices

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud in the SaaS industry
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expertise in declarative development tools
• Authorized to work in the United States
