Job Description

Everlaw is seeking an experienced Manager, Technical Recruiting to lead and mentor a team focused on hiring for engineering and product organizations. This role involves developing and executing recruiting strategies, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and partnering with leadership to meet ambitious hiring goals. The position requires a player-coach approach with some individual recruiting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a technical recruiting team

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Experience partnering with technical stakeholders
  • Track record of using data to improve performance
  • Experience building and optimizing recruiting processes
  • Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
