• Translate strategy to execution

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in compensation, bonus/incentive, equity, and benefits
• Experience in high-growth companies
• Exceptional modeling skills (Google Sheets)
• Data-driven leadership
• Consultative collaboration skills
• Strong storytelling and communication skills
• Hands-on operational experience
