Job Description

Black Duck Software is seeking a Principal Product Owner to lead the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of systems and processes that power demand generation and the sales pipeline. This role focuses on optimizing the lead capture, qualification, and conversion process to drive revenue growth and go-to-market efficiency, working across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT.

Responsibilities

  • Own L2O product vision and strategy
  • Define and manage L2O product roadmap
  • Collaborate with SDR teams
  • Design and optimize lead scoring and routing
  • Integrate and manage GTM tech stack tools
  • Define and monitor SDR KPIs
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and RevOps
  • Conduct regular business reviews
  • Drive change management and enablement
  • Stay ahead of industry trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, RevOps, Sales/Marketing Operations, or GTM Systems
  • Success partnering with SDR/BDR teams
  • Deep experience with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Marketo)
  • Proven ability to design lead scoring models
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools
  • Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
