Black Duck Software is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to support data management and analytics initiatives, focusing on KPI dashboards, campaign performance, and data quality within Salesforce and marketing automation systems. The role involves analyzing data to uncover insights for sales and marketing funnel optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards
• Analyze marketing and sales campaign performance
• Create and maintain website operation reports
• Maintain data quality in Salesforce.com
• Support integrated campaign measurement
• Become proficient in Black Duck product knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, economics, marketing, business, sales, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in an analytics role with a marketing or sales focus
• Experience with BI visualization and/or web analytics software
• Salesforce experience preferred
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
