The Account Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the post-sale success and satisfaction of SmithRx customers, providing support to Account Managers, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and maintain client success plans.
Responsibilities
Act as support resource for Account Managers
Complete reporting and data requirements
Troubleshoot escalated items related to claims, eligibility, and account maintenance
Complete data audit requests
Support ad-hoc projects
Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
Find solutions to client and team needs
Meet established cross-functional SLAs
Requirements
1-2+ years operational or customer service/support experience in PBM or healthcare
Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
