Job Description

The Account Coordinator will ensure the post-sale success and satisfaction of SmithRx customers, serving as a support resource for Account Managers and assisting with client success plans. They will handle reporting, data requests, troubleshooting, and collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Act as support resource for Account Managers
  • Complete reporting and data requirements
  • Troubleshoot escalated items related to claims, eligibility, and account maintenance
  • Complete data audit requests
  • Support ad-hoc projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
  • Meet established cross-functional SLAs

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years operational or customer service/support experience in PBM or healthcare
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong communication and data articulation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and clients
  • Ability to handle ambiguous instructions
