Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for the post-sale success and satisfaction of SmithRx customers, building relationships with client leadership, and ensuring clients achieve their business goals. They proactively identify risks, collaborate with internal teams, and serve as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

  • Complete reporting and data requirements
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Build relationships with client leadership

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of account/relationship management experience in healthcare
  • Knowledge of commercial health insurance and pharmacy benefits

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
