The Benefits Configuration Analyst will support cross-functional teams during implementations, build and manage pharmacy benefit plans, and assist with core benefits operations to ensure a high-quality SmithRx product.
Responsibilities
Work with clients to understand benefit plan requirements
Build and maintain pharmacy benefit plans
Monitor plan data integrity
Assist in process improvement
Maintain prior authorizations and step therapy rules
Update formularies
Communicate project status
Collaborate with support teams to resolve inquiries
Provide troubleshooting support for claims adjudication
Support new client implementations and conduct testing
Requirements
4+ years of experience in payer/claims and benefit configuration
