SmithRx is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to scale their Engineering & Product organization. The role involves full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, building talent pipelines, providing consultative support to hiring managers, and executing talent acquisition projects.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (ML, Data, DevOps, SWE)
• Build robust pipelines of passive talent
• Maintain a white glove candidate experience
• Provide consultative support to Hiring Managers
• Partner with People team on TA projects

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Experience in fast-growth start-ups preferred
• Collaboration with engineering teams
• Empathetic communication skills
• ATS experience (Greenhouse)
• Proactive and independent work ethic
• Ability to manage multiple projects
