Job Description

SmithRx is seeking a Sr. Manager to lead their customer performance and accountability strategy, collaborating with various teams to ensure optimal drug costs and client satisfaction. This role involves assessing performance, building playbooks, automating reports, and innovating performance models within the PBM industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead performance analysis and communication to clients
  • Build a performance assessment playbook
  • Develop automated performance reports
  • Participate in deal assessment for retention
  • Craft offers with Sales and Proposals teams
  • Collaborate with Legal on client agreements
  • Innovate performance accountability models
  • Educate market on SmithRx’s strategy
  • Support growth initiatives with ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in analytical, financial, or strategy roles
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare/pharmacy
  • Experience in finance, consulting, or startup is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, MBA preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
