SmithRx is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead a high-impact Data team, driving technical excellence, mentoring talent, and delivering insights to shape strategic decisions. Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define data-driven goals
• Design key metrics and experiments
• Influence decision-making with statistical analysis
• Collaborate on data model design and maintenance
• Champion data governance and quality
• Provide technical mentorship and foster team growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Master’s/Ph.D. preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in data science and experimentation
• Healthcare/pharmacy experience preferred
• Proficiency in SQL, dbt, Python, and R
• Experience with data modeling and quality guardrails
• Causal learning and experiment design skills
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities
• Proven leadership skills
