SmithRx is seeking a skilled Manager, Software Engineering to lead their Platform Engineering teams. This role involves managing and scaling teams focused on critical areas like Claims and integrations, driving architectural excellence, and ensuring operational efficiency. The manager will define and execute a roadmap aligned with company goals, lead a team of engineers, and make impactful decisions shaping the platform's future.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years managing teams
• Deep understanding of software architecture and scalable systems
• Ability to build, lead, and retain high-performing teams
• Ability to define a team’s mission and roadmap
• Exceptional communication skills
• Track record of delivering results in high-pressure situations
