Job Description

SmithRx is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the product vision and execution for Drug Pathways and Member & Partner Experience domains. This role involves managing a team of Sr Product Managers to deliver innovative products focused on drug cost savings and best-in-class experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and execution for Drug Pathways, Member and Partner Experience
• Manage, mentor, and coach Sr Product Managers
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery to execution
• Support PRD/UX design development
• Define, collect, and track user, product, and business metrics

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive Product Management experience
• 3+ years of experience managing Product Managers
• Health-tech or pharmacy benefits experience preferred
• Proven success launching customer-facing products
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Strong analytical skills
