SmithRx is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the product strategy and execution for data and AI-powered features across their platform. This role involves defining the product vision, working with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data analytics to drive automation, intelligence, and decision-making within the pharmacy benefit management sector.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead product vision and roadmap for data and AI features
• Work with engineering, data science, and design for product development
• Translate business and user needs into actionable requirements
• Conduct discovery, research, and experimentation
• Define and track KPIs
• Champion the user
• Collaborate cross-functionally

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience focused on data-centric or AI-driven products
• Experience in health-tech, pharmacy benefits, or healthcare data environments preferred
• Proven success launching data science/ML products
• Strong technical fluency
• Experience with complex systems and healthcare datasets
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field
