Job Description

SmithRx is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution of their Medicare Part D and Employer Group Waiver Plan (EGWP) product line. This role requires deep understanding of CMS regulations and the retiree health market to translate requirements into scalable, tech-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert guiding cross-functional teams and senior leadership in the evolving Part D landscape.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap for Medicare Part D and EGWP
• Serve as SME on CMS Part D and EGWP rules
• Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Conduct competitive analysis and build business cases
• Present product strategies to leadership and clients

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with 3+ years in Medicare Part D, EGWP, or Managed Care
• Expert knowledge of Medicare Part D benefit structure and CMS regulations
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
