UnitedMasters is seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Office Experience Manager to support the Chief Product & Technology Officer and manage the day-to-day operations of the San Francisco office, ensuring a smooth and engaging workplace experience. This role involves executive support, office management, and fostering a positive office culture.

Responsibilities

  • Provide calendar support to the CPTO
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare materials
  • Manage sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Plan and manage CPTO travel
  • Process executive expenses
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations
  • Serve as point of contact for building management
  • Reinforce hybrid in-office policy
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinate office catering and events
  • Support new hire onboarding

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Coordinator
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
