Job Description

UnitedMasters is seeking a Temp-to-Perm Accounts Receivable Manager to manage accounts receivable and collections for all company brands, maintain revenue schedules, prepare client billings, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and reporting. This is a hybrid role based in Brooklyn, NY.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and collections
• Maintain NetSuite revenue schedules
• Prepare client billings
• Record collections
• Act as billing liaison
• Generate production invoices
• Track client funds
• Invoice Agency Retainer Fees
• Collaborate with project owners
• Develop cash flow forecasts
• Perform ad hoc reporting
• Provide accurate reports
• Coordinate invoicing
• Manage NetSuite tasks
• Process journal entries
• Oversee client invoicing portals

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable
• NetSuite experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build relationships
• Highly organized and dependable
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Agency, content production, media, or music industry experience a plus
