Translation is seeking a Group Program Director to partner with the Business Leadership Team in managing brands, driving creative solutions, and managing program management staff. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for growing brands through culture, technology, and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Manage brand profitability
• Develop creative solutions
• Advocate for program management deliverables
• Manage and mentor program management staff
• Monitor issues and proactively problem-solve
• Escalate and resolve staff issues
• Motivate team collaboration
• Develop staffing plans
• Allocate teams for programs

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience managing large scale brands/programs
• 1-3 years of experience managing project/program management staff
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Collaboration skills with discipline leads
• People/soft skills for staff management
