UnitedMasters is seeking a Program Manager to join Translation, their in-house creative advertising agency. The role involves managing project timelines, maintaining communication, and ensuring smooth execution of projects across various teams. This is a hybrid position requiring four days in the office and one day remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and enforce milestones
• Maintain status and internal communications
• Set up briefs/reviews and distribute deliverables
• Maintain hot sheets and run team status meetings
• Manage day-to-day action items and priorities
• Monitor issues and proactively problem-solve

Requirements

• 3+ years of agency or communications industry experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Creative agency background
• Experience with integrated production
