Job Description

This senior leadership role is responsible for the financial accuracy, operational integrity, and strategic planning of exclusive artist and label partnerships, bridging creative execution with business administration to ensure a seamless and profitable experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee royalty accounting and payment process
• Lead invoicing and revenue tracking
• Track artist P&Ls and financial forecasting
• Manage release schedule and content delivery
• Oversee metadata integrity
• Onboard and service label clients
• Monitor contract compliance
• Oversee A&R administration and sample clearance
• Manage physical product logistics
• Lead and develop the Artist and Label Operations team
• Interpret complex artist and label agreements

Requirements

• 12+ years experience in Operations Management, A&R Operations, Business Affairs, or Royalty Administration
• 7+ years in a senior leadership role
• Expert knowledge of music industry royalty accounting
• Experience with music industry royalty accounting software
• Experience with enterprise-level financial and contract systems
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Music Business, or related field
• Familiarity with music licensing
