unitQ is seeking a Product Manager to lead initiatives at the intersection of data analytics and AI, focusing on roadmap definition and execution for AI-powered feedback analytics. The role involves collaboration with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful features that help companies extract value from user feedback and improve product quality.

Responsibilities

• Drive roadmap and execution for AI-powered feedback analytics
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver tailored insights
• Define and track key product metrics
• Work cross-functionally to deliver customer value
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and shape solutions

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI/data-focused products
• Familiarity with user engagement or behavioral analytics
• Hands-on experience with ML/AI technologies (LLMs, RAG)
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional work
• Customer-first mindset
