Job Description

unitQ is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to problem-solve, gather technical information, communicate resolutions, and monitor systems for data ingestion, cleaning, and processing. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on open issues and communicate resolutions
  • Create and update client taxonomy
  • Act as an escalation point for inbound cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in technical or customer support
  • Enthusiasm for AI and solutions to client problems
  • Experience with Zendesk CRM and Jira
  • Ability to independently manage tasks and projects
  • Monitor customer accounts for activity breaks
