Job Description

BioIntelliSense is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join their dynamic Finance team. This role is critical as the company scales, requiring a hands-on finance professional with strong technical accounting skills, financial analysis capabilities, and experience leading accounting operations. The Controller will lead the accounting team and partner with executive leadership to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full accounting cycle (GL, A/P, A/R, revenue, inventory/cost, payroll)
• Lead month-end close process
• Prepare and review financial statements
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and variance analyses
• Manage A/P runs and payroll review
• Coordinate tax returns and R&D tax credits
• Partner on budgets, re-forecasts, and cash forecasts
• Perform revenue reviews and financial modeling
• Own NetSuite ERP administration
• Develop and monitor internal control policies

Requirements

• Active CPA license
• Bachelor/MS in Accounting
• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• 3+ years in a leadership/Controller role
• Extensive NetSuite ERP administration expertise
• Strong GAAP, ASC 606, and inventory costing knowledge
• FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting experience
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills
