Job Description

BioIntelliSense is seeking a VP of Sales to develop and lead commercial strategy and execution, overseeing sales, corporate development, marketing, and customer success teams. The ideal candidate will have a track record of evangelizing new solutions and scaling across health system, provider, and hospital-at-home/post-acute care markets, possessing a player-coach mentality and expertise in building a high-performing sales culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead commercial strategy
  • Negotiate and close strategic deals
  • Manage strategic distribution partnerships
  • Lead revenue-generating activities and teams
  • Drive sales team performance
  • Generate scalable sales revenue

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required; Master’s Preferred
  • 10+ years of experience leading growth initiatives
  • Experience selling SaaS-based data monitoring solutions and hardware
  • Experience selling into health systems and post-acute care markets
  • Proven track record of generating sales revenue
  • Strong business acumen and partnership management skills
  • Experience building high-performing sales teams
  • Metrics-driven with strong analytical skills
  • Remote based with willingness to travel
