Job Description

The Billing Specialist handles customer billing inquiries, account maintenance, cancellations, and payment resolution, providing excellent service and ensuring billing accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process billing updates, account changes, cancellations, and refunds
  • Respond to customer billing inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Resolve failed or past-due payments using Stripe
  • Verify and apply customer billing discounts
  • Maintain accurate logs and documentation
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Accounting teams
  • Support monthly chain billing activities

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of customer-facing billing or customer support experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, Stripe, and Excel preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
