The Billing Specialist handles customer billing inquiries, account maintenance, cancellations, and payment resolution, providing excellent service and ensuring billing accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Process billing updates, account changes, cancellations, and refunds
Respond to customer billing inquiries via phone, chat, and email
Resolve failed or past-due payments using Stripe
Verify and apply customer billing discounts
Maintain accurate logs and documentation
Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Accounting teams
Support monthly chain billing activities
Requirements
0-2 years of customer-facing billing or customer support experience
Experience with Salesforce, Stripe, and Excel preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and remain organized
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
