Job Description

The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with the Enterprise Solutions segment, delivering advanced financial analysis and strategic insights. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews, evaluating data to inform decision-making and support corporate initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze KPI trends
• Partner with cross-functional teams
• Explain financial variances
• Evaluate financial information
• Manage internal process development
• Prepare P&L and Metrics review materials
• Develop financial models
• Support ad hoc financial projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience
• Detail-oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Financial ERP systems
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• US work authorization
