Job Description

PDI Technologies is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to collaborate with leaders and employees to drive growth, engagement, and a positive workplace culture. The role involves providing guidance on talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development, with a focus on supporting both exempt and non-exempt employees.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to translate business goals into HR strategies
  • Coach and advise managers and employees on HR policies
  • Guide managers through performance review processes
  • Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations
  • Provide support for non-exempt employee populations
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience
  • Analyze HR metrics and recommend solutions
  • Collaborate with HR peers on enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Support organizational change management
  • Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ years as a business partner
  • Proven success partnering with senior leaders
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and best practices
  • Experience supporting non-exempt workforces
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills
