PDI Technologies is seeking an Accounting Services Representative to maintain and record business transactions, perform general ledger activities, and interface with store managers to ensure efficient processing and accurate financial reporting. The role involves generating financial statements, reconciling accounts, and analyzing operating results.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and record business transactions (A/P and A/R)
• Perform general ledger activities
• Interface with store managers
• Generate and review customer financial statements
• Reconcile accounts
• Analyze monthly operating results
• Follow up on accounting/system issues
• Develop and maintain financial reporting tools

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Convenience store or retail experience (plus)
