PDI Technologies is seeking a Product Manager IV to lead a team of international associates and manage projects for their SaaS-based POS product, PDI Point of Sale. This player-manager role requires strong project management skills, communication, and the ability to drive best PMO practices in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Management team
• Coordinate with VP of Product Management
• Translate priorities into actionable plans
• Drive best practices across PMO activities
• Create and maintain project management artifacts
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Provide reporting and communication
• Monitor project progress
• Prepare and conduct gate meetings
• Facilitate team meetings
• Provide executive updates
• Apply industry best practices
• Improve Project Management processes
• Work odd hours as needed

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience in AGILE
• Direct people-management experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Fluency in English
• Client-facing experience
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to articulate trade-offs
• Self-organization and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead through influence
• Excellent analytical skills
