WebFX is seeking a Jr. Customer Success Analyst with a data focus to provide world-class digital marketing solutions to mid-size businesses. This entry-level, client-facing role involves demonstrating software, educating clients, analyzing data, and recommending data tracking solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data and technology, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide client demonstrations and walkthroughs
• Educate clients and help them achieve goals
• Develop expertise in WebFX's product suite
• Consult on internal and external data tracking tools
• Recommend and configure data tracking platforms
• Perform quality assurance on client tech stacks
• Communicate with Account Managers
• Assist in client tech integrations and marketing automations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Management Information Technology)
• GPA above 3.4
• Part-time/summer job/internship experience
• Customer service or client relations experience
• Experience in creating reports and analyzing data
• Ability to translate technical information
• Passion for data and technology
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Professional work ethic
