Job Description

WebFX is seeking a Jr. MarTech Solutions Architect to provide demonstrations, client education, and technical consulting on their proprietary software and marketing technologies. This entry-level, client-facing role involves data tracking configuration, quality assurance, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver digital marketing solutions to mid-size businesses.

Responsibilities

• Provide client demonstrations and walkthroughs
• Educate clients on WebFX's software and achieve their goals
• Develop expertise in WebFX's product suite
• Consult on internal and external data tracking platforms
• Recommend and configure data tracking
• Perform tech stack quality assurance
• Communicate with Account Managers
• Assist in client tech integrations and marketing automations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Management Information Technology)
• GPA above 3.4
• Part-time/summer job/internship experience
• Customer service or client relations experience
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Ability to translate technical information
• Passion for data and technology
• Interest in web technologies
• Strong work ethic and communication skills
