WebFX is seeking a Market Research Analyst to work directly with clients, providing education and helping them achieve their goals. The role involves gathering and analyzing performance data, conducting market research, optimizing websites for SEO, and managing SEO/PPC campaigns. This is a client-facing position based in Harrisburg, PA.

Responsibilities

• Client communication and education
• Client retention
• Data analysis and reporting
• Market research (keyword, competitor, trends)
• SEO optimization
• SEO/PPC campaign management
• Website error correction and content implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Advertising, Business, Journalism, Communications, Information Systems, Statistics preferred)
• GPA above 3.4
• 1+ year marketing/research/analyst experience
• Customer service skills
• Data analysis skills
• SEO knowledge
• Google Ads/Analytics knowledge
• HTML knowledge
• Strong work ethic and communication skills
