WebFX is seeking a Jr. Paid Search Specialist to support large campaigns and client accounts, analyze data, develop SEO strategies, manage PPC campaigns, and perform research to drive client success. This is an entry-level, on-site position in Harrisburg, PA, offering training and growth opportunities within a fast-growing digital marketing agency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior digital marketers
• Analyze performance data and prepare reports
• Develop SEO strategies
• Manage PPC campaigns and budgets
• Perform keyword and competitor research
• Devise content strategy and manage execution
• Manage CRO projects
• Perform A/B testing
• Interpret web analytics
• Manage email marketing campaigns
• Optimize web content
• Fix website errors and implement content

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Advertising, Business, Journalism, Communications, Information Systems, Statistics, etc.)
• GPA of 3.4
• Part-time/summer job/internship experience
• Customer service experience
