Responsibilities

• Mentor copywriters/copy editors
• Assign copy projects
• Establish writer relationships
• Identify team growth areas
• Act as customer service for copy projects
• Process revision requests
• Implement process improvements
• Resolve project snags
• Collaborate with Copy PMs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (English, Communications, Business, Project Management preferred)
• GPA above 3.4
• Part-time/summer job/internship experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
