Responsibilities

• Provide technical support
• Install, modify, and repair hardware and software
• Run diagnostic programs
• Maintain computer system performance
• Install and configure workstations
• Create new accounts
• Support online software configuration

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (in-progress or completed)
• GPA above 3.4
• Customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Tech support or IT Help Desk experience
• Understanding of Windows OS
• Understanding of Mac OS
• Familiarity with business office technologies
• Eagerness to learn
