Job Description

The RevOps Systems Manager will own the day-to-day administration, optimization, and innovation across the revenue technology stack, supporting go-to-market, finance, and delivery teams. This role focuses on ensuring systems run efficiently, securely, and in alignment with growth strategy, including architecting scalable solutions, improving reporting, driving automation, and integrating tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage RevOps tech stack (NetSuite)
• Design, build, and maintain integrations and automations
• Oversee NetSuite administration, configuration, and optimization
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy
• Identify and resolve system inefficiencies
• Evaluate and integrate new tools
• Document best practices and provide training
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience building and scaling business systems
• Proven ability to architect revenue tech infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with revenue operating systems
• Experience with integration tools (Boomi, Celigo, Workato, or Zapier)
• Experience with NetSuite
• Familiarity with Salesforce
• Proficiency with workflow automation
• Experience managing complex integrations and user training
• Strong cross-functional comfort with Finance/FP&A/RevOps teams
