Job Description

WebFX is seeking a RevOps Systems Manager to own the administration, optimization, and innovation of their revenue technology stack, primarily focusing on NetSuite. This role is critical for supporting GTM, finance, and delivery teams by ensuring efficient, secure, and growth-aligned systems. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver who can translate business needs into system design and maintain data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage core RevOps tech stack, primarily NetSuite
• Maintain product catalog
• Serve as primary NetSuite Administrator
• Implement change management process
• Design, build, and maintain integrations and workflows
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy
• Identify and resolve system inefficiencies
• Evaluate and integrate new tools
• Document best practices and conduct data-quality audits
• Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of NetSuite Administration experience
• SuiteFoundation Certification preferred
• Strong proficiency with Saved Searches and SuiteAnalytics
• Experience with CPQ systems
• Experience with workflow automation
• Proven ability to architect revenue tech infrastructure
• Strong cross-functional comfort with Finance/FP&A/RevOps teams
• Ability to articulate and document systems and processes
