WebFX is seeking an entry-level Software Engineer to build new features, utilize cloud technologies, and collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality digital marketing solutions. Responsibilities

• Build new features using ReactJS and Feathers for NodeJS
• Utilize Google Cloud Platform
• Develop projects within Kubernetes
• Perform functional, unit, and pipeline testing
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Quality Assurance Testers
• Monitor and optimize application performance
• Determine goals within sprint cycles
• Report on project KPIs
• Explore new technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science or related field preferred)
• GPA above 3.7
• Part-time/Full-time/summer job/internship experience
• Familiarity with web-based programming languages (JavaScript, HTML)
• Project-level experience with JavaScript
• Understanding of OOP and procedural programming
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Database experience (MySQL, Google BigQuery)
• Experience with Git Version control
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for web/software development
