Quizlet is seeking a Senior AI & Data Platform Engineer to design and build the next-generation analytical data and machine learning infrastructure. This role involves partnering with Data Science, ML Engineering, and Product teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient systems that enable the development and deployment of AI-powered features.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ML and data infrastructure
• Collaborate with Product Management, Analytics, and Engineering teams
• Develop and optimize tools for developer efficiency
• Implement scalable data ingestion and processing systems
• Contribute to platform reliability, observability, and automation
• Participate in design and code reviews

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience building and maintaining large-scale data or ML platforms
• Strong experience with distributed systems, data pipelines, and ML infrastructure
• Experience contributing to best practices for reliability and efficiency
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
