Job Description

An entry or mid-level accounting professional responsible for maintaining financial records and assisting the accounting team with various tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare journal entries
  • Assist with client reporting and invoicing
  • AR and AP management
  • Support month-end and year-end close
  • Prepare account reconciliations
  • Research and correct account discrepancies
  • Answer accounting and financial questions
  • Complete related results as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • Knowledge of basic accounting procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Attention to detail and quantitative skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Professionalism and discretion with confidential information
