Job Description

Lantern is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager with expertise in Information Security, governance, and program management to drive critical initiatives. This role focuses on delivering projects on time and within scope, aligning with compliance and business goals, and strengthening the organization’s technical and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Implement and scale a portfolio management framework
• Manage intake and prioritization processes
• Deliver on-time, in-scope project execution
• Conduct quarterly portfolio reviews
• Drive workforce and hiring alignment
• Optimize resource allocation
• Establish and track KPIs and KRIs
• Lead and manage security assessments
• Oversee adoption of security tools and frameworks
• Oversee delivery of security initiatives
• Develop and maintain DR/BCP policies and procedures
• Lead DR/BCP testing
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks
• Lead compliance and risk initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of program/project management experience in Information Security, IT, or Infrastructure
• Proven experience in security governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks
• Strong knowledge of security tool implementation
• Jira knowledge
• Experience leading portfolio-level program management
• Track record of delivering large-scale projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proactive, self-driven, and accountable
