The Customer Engagement Advocate provides a concierge-level experience for members navigating the surgical process. This role involves building relationships, educating members, assisting with provider selection, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their care journey. It requires high energy, empathy, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, High school diploma required
  • 1-3 years’ customer service/sales experience
  • Teamwork skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred
