Job Description

The Senior Vice President of Member Services is a key leadership role responsible for evolving and managing all aspects of member services and the overall member experience at Lantern Care. This role focuses on executive leadership, operational rigor, strategic vision, and ownership of member experience functions to achieve organizational goals, drive revenue generation, and expand service delivery operations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue generation through customer service
  • Lead contact center delivery and strategy

  • Spearhead expansion of Member Services

  • Own Member Services' budget and strategy
  • Serve as executive escalation point for key clients
