Job Description

Lantern is seeking a Provider Quality Specialist to maintain and improve the integrity of their provider network through quality assurance and requalification initiatives. This role involves supporting the full lifecycle of provider qualification, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and collaborating with various internal teams to collect, validate, and analyze provider data.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for providers during requalification
  • Collect, validate, and review provider documentation
  • Facilitate reviews of provider applications
  • Partner with Network/Provider Success Managers for data integrity
  • Compare data to identify changes in practice patterns
  • Coordinate review workflows with the Provider Qualification Committee
  • Maintain provider documentation records
  • Track progress and generate operational dashboards
  • Partner with internal teams to evolve qualification standards
  • Support audits and special projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, credentialing, or quality assurance
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of credentialing standards preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
