Job Description

The VP of Network Development will drive the growth and expansion of Lantern’s provider network by building relationships with surgeons, facilities, and healthcare providers. This role focuses on business development, contract negotiation, and onboarding high-quality providers to secure competitive pricing and contribute to the network expansion strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in provider network development
  • Proven experience in provider rate negotiation
  • Strong sales cycle background
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Willingness to travel 50%
  • Proficiency in CRM tools
