Job Description

The Strategy Analyst will support daily operations, drive operational improvements, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to strategic planning within Lantern’s Emerging Products Team. This role requires an intellectually curious and entrepreneurial individual with a strong bias to action and 1-3 years of experience in consulting or a high-growth startup.

Responsibilities

• Build and own development of deliverables for emerging product lines
• Analyze claims and cost savings data
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Develop financial models and data-driven insights
• Evaluate potential partnerships
• Prepare presentations and reports for leadership
• Work cross-functionally with various teams
• Support strategic planning and forecasting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or startup roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Bonus: Technical/data visualization skills (Python, Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
• Bonus: Healthcare experience/interest
