Lantern is seeking a Strategy & Operations Senior Manager, Growth to serve as an operational backbone for the Marketing organization. This role will focus on improving lead quality, enhancing tooling within Salesforce, identifying bottlenecks, and establishing a rhythm of business to drive revenue growth through efficient and data-driven marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into operational plans
• Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
• Collect and translate business requirements for Salesforce
• Establish and run the rhythm of business for Marketing
• Project-manage cross-functional processes
• Support executive reporting
• Support annual planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in Business Operations or management consulting
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent Salesforce.com, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
• Self-directed with high attention to detail
• Quantitative mindset
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
